I received an email a cople days ago, that made me sad and happy at the same time. It was an email about booking a ticket to go home, since my year here is over in March. 

 

I have the chance to extand for 3, 6 ,9 or 12 months, and after that my hostmom offerd me to change my visa into a studentvisa, which means I can stay for another 4-5 years to study. 

 

It is one of the hardest decisions of my life I will have to make. I miss my family and friends so much, but I feel like I am so happy here and it is going to be so hard to leave the kids here. 

 

I will start writing more about being an Au pair here, what it took to get here and how it has been.
